STEAM
Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math
Each week students complete STEAM challenges or projects in our MakerSpace. All STEAM challenges and MakerSpace projects involve hands-on, experiential learning. Students are asked to reflect on their learning, apply their knowledge and extending their thinking. Science, technology and engineering concepts are at the heart of each project, challenging students to problem-solve, design, experiment and develop their own solutions to a problem or challenge. Applied Design, Skills and Technology (ADST) and Science curriculum outcomes are often achieved with our STEAM challenges and MakerSpace activities.
